Being born and bred in California we naturally have spent a lot of time in the sun and in bathing suits. We've always loved sarongs because they make you feel comfortable and confident at the same time.. but after years of searching we still could never find that perfect sarong with the right material, fit, production standard & price point. All we could find were either from mass produced, cheap fast fashion options or overpriced "high end" bathing suit brands. So we decided it was time to create our own.. and thus Au Soleil was born! A well priced timeless, sustainable & easy to wear cover up for any adventure under the sun.
Inspired by nature, with the planet in mind. All Au Soleil products are packaged in reusable pouches and shipped in 100% recycled kraft paper fiber mailers that are curbside recyclable and naturally biodegradable. All products in our staple collection are made out of 100% double cotton organic gauze and our Upcycle Collection is made of deadstock fabric that would otherwise end up in a land fill. We produce only small batch production runs to prevent over production and focus on slow fashion. Our products are designed, produced and shipped directly from Los Angeles.
